Randy Byrd is a Speaker, Trainer, and Team Leader with eXp Realty, where his organization spans more than 1,200 agents across 30 states and 5 countries. He has served as a Keller Williams Team Leader and Owner of a 100-agent office, and for 13 years he has coached agents and leaders as a performance coach.
A U.S. Coast Guard veteran and licensed real estate broker in Oregon, Randy is the founder of ByrdHouse Development, Inc. and Attract Boss Coaching. He has walked the exact path you are on, and he built the system that makes recruiting consistent instead of exhausting.
