He is a licensed real estate broker in Oregon with eXp Luxury Real Estate, and he has led as a Keller Williams Team Leader and Owner of a 100-agent office.
A U.S. Coast Guard veteran, Randy has coached agents and leaders for 13 years as a performance coach, and he is the founder of ByrdHouse Development, Inc. and Attract Boss Coaching. He has walked the exact path you are on, and he built the system that makes recruiting consistent instead of exhausting.
